  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of relevant EHS legislation

  • Proven experience in leading both direct reports and vendor relationships
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Flexibility for travel within India and across the APAC region as necessary


  • A Master’s or Engineering degree, coupled with an international certification in Occupational Health and Safety/Environment
  • Experience in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with site leaders
  • Proficiency in developing and executing departmental goals and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the use of pivot tables and the creation of charts and graphics
  • Ability to manage multiple sites remotely
  • Membership in a recognized professional Health & Safety or environmental organization such as IOSH or IEMA.
