Bank of Maharashtra Credit Officer Eligibility: Educational Qualifications
Credit Officer Scale II
- Bachelor’s Degree from a University/ Institute with a minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.
- Professional Qualifications (Compulsory), any one: MBA (Full time) preferably in Banking/Finance / Banking & Finance / Marketing / Forex Credit from a University/Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA/ Financial Risk Manager.
Credit Officer Scale III
- Bachelor’s Degree from a University / Institute with a minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.

Bank of Maharashtra Credit Officer Experience
Credit Officer Scale II
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer and should be confirmed in service and not on contract in the processing of MSME / Mid and Large Corporate proposals in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Experience should be in appraisal/assessment of Credit proposals of MSME/ Medium/Large Corporations and/or working as a Branch Head.
Credit Officer Scale III
- Applicant must have at least 5 years post-qualification experience as an officer and should be confirmed in service and not on contract in the processing of MSME / Mid and Large Corporate proposals in Public/Private/ Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
