MT (Electronics): First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electronics or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute
MT (Mechanical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute
MT (Electrical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electrical or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute

BDL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 Pay Scale Details

Along with basic pay, eligible candidates will receive DA, HRA, and company-provided accommodation at Bhanur Unit (HRA not applicable there).
Perks are paid at 33% of the basic pay, and performance-related pay is given as per company rules.
Other benefits like PF, Gratuity, and Medical facilities will be provided as per company policy.
Pension and post-retirement medical benefits are available under the company’s Defined Contributory Scheme.
During training, Management Trainees will receive a stipend equal to:
- Minimum basic pay of Grade-II Executive (₹40,000)
- DA on basic pay (current DA: 51.8% as of 25.11.2025)
- HRA at minimum basic pay
- 20% of basic pay as perks and allowances
All benefits are subject to company policies and amendments.
No pay protection will be given to candidates joining as Management Trainees.
