Bihar WCDC Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualifications
- Central Administrator: Master’s Degree in Law / Social Science / Sociology / Psychology / Social Work with 5 years of experience. Only female candidates are eligible.
- Case Worker: Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Social Science / Sociology / Psychology / Social Work with 3 years of experience. Only female candidates are eligible.
- Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 2 years of experience and 3 years of work experience in any government or non-government project related to women’s issues. Only female candidates are eligible.
- Para Medical Personnel: Degree / Diploma in Paramedics with 3 years of experience. Only female candidates are eligible.
- Psycho Social Counsellor: Degree in Psychology / Neuroscience with 3 years of experience. Only female candidates are eligible.
- Office Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with a computer course and 3 years of experience.
- Multi-purpose Staff / Cook: Literate with relevant field experience.
- Security Guard / Night Guard: 10th Class Passed with 2 years of experience.
