- Assistant Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Assistant Professor & Assistant Director: Postgraduate Degree in any stream with minimum 55% marks (relaxation as per rules)

Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, Cost Accounting
OR MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / ICWA - Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream + Computer knowledge + Typing speed
- English: 35 WPM
- Hindi: 30 WPM
