- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding, or Naval Architecture with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in docking and undocking vessels in a dry dock, ship lift, or floating dock.
Consultant (HR) – On Contract Basis
Educational Qualification:
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
Desirable:
- Post-graduate degree or diploma in HR, Labour Laws, or Labour Welfare.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, specifically handling post-retirement benefits such as Provident Fund, Pension, Mediclaim, etc.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
