This program aims to train future banking professionals with strong leadership skills and expertise in financial products, customer relationship management, and digital banking operations.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications online from 30th December 2024 to 2nd March 2025. The selection process consists of an online test followed by a personal interview. Successful candidates will be appointed as Relationship Managers under various designations, including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager or Senior Manager.
