IDBI Bank ESO Eligibility: Age Limit and Education Qualifications
IDBI Bank ESO Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- The candidate must have been born between October 2, 1999 and October 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
IDBI Bank ESO Education Qualifications
- A graduate in any discipline from a university recognized or approved by the Government or government bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.
- A diploma course alone will not be considered sufficient to meet the eligibility criteria.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in computers and IT-related tasks.
IDBI Bank ESO Salary
The ESOs will receive a fixed lump sum remuneration as follows:
- Rs. 29,000 per month in the first year
- Rs. 31,000 per month in the second year
IDBI Bank ESO Selection Process
The selection process will include an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Important Points
- ESOs will be hired on a contractual basis for 1 year.
- The contract can be extended for 1 more year based on performance, completion of required certifications, available vacancies, and other criteria.
- After 2 years of service, the ESO may become eligible for Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) position through a selection process.
- Eligibility for JAM depends on performance, vacancies, and other criteria as per the Bank’s promotion policy.
- As a Junior Assistant Manager, the CTC will range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh per year (for Class A city).
- Appointment as Grade ‘O’ will depend on the Bank’s policy and available vacancies at the time.
- The selection process for the JAM position will be decided by the Bank.
