IIBF Junior Executive Recruitment 2025: The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) has issued the official notification for the recruitment of Junior Executive posts. A total of 10 vacancies have been announced under the IIBF Recruitment 2025. The notification was released on 28 November 2025, and the online application window will remain open from 29 November 2025 to 12 December 2025. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official website iibf.org.in.
Junior Executives will receive salary under the current pay scale of ₹40,400 – ₹1,30,400, along with DA, HRA, conveyance, telephone, medical benefits, LFC, and Group Medical Insurance.
The total initial annual CTC, including salary and allowances, is approximately ₹8.7 lakh per year.
The institute also offers reimbursement for leased accommodation instead of HRA, up to ₹20,000 per month in Mumbai & Delhi, and ₹18,000 per month in other cities.
However, candidates who own a house/flat in the place of posting (in their name or spouse’s) or arrange their own stay will not be eligible for this reimbursement.
