NIFTEE 2026 Exam Result Released, Check Score Card from Direct Link

NIFTEE Result 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NIFTEE 2026 Stage 1 result on 20 March 2026. This result is for admission to various design and fashion technology courses.

The entrance exam was held on 08 February 2026 at 129 centres across 97 cities in India. It was conducted in both Hindi and English languages. Based on the course, the exam was conducted either in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode or Paper Based Test (PBT) mode.

Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results and see if they are shortlisted for Stage 2 by visiting the official NTA NIFTEE website.

As stated in the official notice, the Stage 1 result has been released for all courses. However, for Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech), the final result will be announced later because there is no Stage 2 exam for this course.

Stage 2 Shortlisting Process

Candidates have been selected for Stage 2 based on their performance in Stage 1. The selection is done according to the approved category-wise seat matrix and NIFT guidelines.

The shortlisting ratio is 1:4, which means four candidates are selected for every one seat. This shows that the competition is still quite high.

For PwD candidates, an extra condition is applied. They must score at least 50% of the cut-off marks of their respective category to qualify for shortlisting.
