• Proficiency in computer applications, demonstrated through one of the following:
  • “O” Level Certificate by DOEACC or equivalent.
  • COPA/DPCS Certificate recognized by the State Council of Vocational Training.
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Certificate in Information Technology (RS-CIT) from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University or equivalent.
