Rupal has always been a bright student. She scored a perfect 10 CGPA in her Class 10 board exams from JP Public School, Baghpat. Later, she completed her Class 11 and 12 from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rajasthan. She went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Deshbandhu College, Delhi University, where she became the university topper.
Facing UPSC Failures but Never Giving Up
The path to becoming an IAS officer was not a smooth one for Rupal. She worked hard but failed to clear the UPSC exam twice. Despite these setbacks, she didn’t lose hope. Sadly, during Rupal’s third attempt, her mother fell seriously ill. Even as Rupal prepared for the exam, she took care of her ailing mother. Unfortunately, her mother passed away before the UPSC results were declared.
Although her mother was not there to celebrate her success, Rupal believes that her mother’s blessings and encouragement played a crucial role in her achievement.
