SAIL Management Trainee Exam Date & Admit Card 2026: The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has released the exam date and admit card for the Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 covering 124 vacancies. Candidates can now check the exam schedule and download their admit cards from the official website.
The selected Management Trainees (Technical) will receive a basic pay of ₹50,000/- per month, in the pay scale ₹50,000–1,60,000/-.
After successfully completing one year of training, they will be appointed as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) with a revised pay scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000/-.
Apart from basic pay, candidates will receive DA, cafeteria perks, PF, gratuity, leave encashment, housing/HRA, and medical facilities for self and dependents.
The approximate annual CTC will be ₹16–17 lakhs (E1 Grade), excluding PRP and certain allowances.
The company will not bear liabilities related to previous employment salary or pension.
