- Engineer (Mining): B.E. / B.Tech in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks, a Coal Manager’s Certificate, and 1 year of experience.
- Executive (HR): MBA (HR) / Postgraduate Degree in HR / MSW with at least 60% marks and 1 year of experience.
- Executive (Finance): CA / CMA with 1 year of experience.
- Engineer (Wind Power): B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks and 1 year of experience.
