BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree
- More than 6 years of experience in facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of relevant EHS legislation
- Experience in implementing health and safety management systems and driving process improvements
- Proven experience in leading both direct reports and vendor relationships
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Flexibility for travel within India and across the APAC region as necessary
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master’s or Engineering degree, coupled with an international certification in Occupational Health and Safety/Environment
- Experience in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with site leaders
- Proficiency in developing and executing departmental goals and strategies
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the use of pivot tables and the creation of charts and graphics
- Ability to manage multiple sites remotely
- Membership in a recognized professional Health & Safety or environmental organization such as IOSH or IEMA.
