Coal India MT Mining Recruitment 2026 Salary Details
- Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees in the E-1 Grade pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000. During the training period, candidates will receive an initial basic pay of ₹60,000 per month.
- After successful completion of one year of training and probation, candidates will be confirmed as Officer (Mining) in the E-1 Grade. In addition to the basic salary, employees will also receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), other perks, and allowances under the cafeteria approach, along with Performance Related Pay (PRP) as per company rules.
- Other benefits include leave facilities, medical benefits, CMPF, CMPS, gratuity, and the CIL Executive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. The total salary package may vary depending on the place of posting, company performance, and individual performance rating.
