Pay Scale Details

Selected candidates will be appointed in the Non-Supervisory Cadre (Grade IV) under the IDA pay scale of ₹25,000–₹1,05,000. The starting basic pay will be ₹25,000 per month, subject to the candidate meeting the prescribed medical standards of the Corporation. Pay protection will not be provided under any circumstances.
In addition to the basic salary, selected candidates will be eligible for benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA/Self-Lease, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, LTC/LFA, medical expense reimbursement, and superannuation benefits, as per CPCL rules.
