- Junior Stenographer: Must have passed 12th grade and possess stenography skills.
- Dictation: 10 minutes at 80 words per minute (WPM) in English or Hindi.
- Transcription: 50 minutes for English, 65 minutes for Hindi.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Must have passed 12th grade from a recognized board.
- Typing Speed: 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi.
- Computer knowledge is required.
- Security Officer: Must be an Ex-Serviceman JCO (Subedar or higher rank) or an equivalent rank in paramilitary forces with 10 years of experience.
- Junior Hindi Translator: Must have a Master’s degree in Hindi or English with translation experience.
