Delhi Bharti College Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification
- Librarian: Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation with at least 55% marks. Must be NET qualified or exempted through a Ph.D. as per UGC guidelines. Should have knowledge of library computerization systems.
- Director, Physical Education: Master’s degree in Physical Education or Sports Science with at least 55% marks. Must have passed the UGC-recognized physical fitness test. Candidates with a Ph.D. are exempt from NET/SLET/SET requirements.
- OMSP Instructor: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with computer knowledge. Must hold a diploma or certificate in English Shorthand and Typewriting. Minimum 10 years of experience as an English Stenographer. Should have teaching aptitude in shorthand and typewriting.
- Senior Personal Assistant: Graduate from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience in a similar secretarial role. Must be able to take dictation for 10 minutes at 100 w.p.m. and transcribe in 40 minutes (English) or 55 minutes (Hindi).
- Junior Assistant: Passed 12th class with a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
- Library Attendant: Passed 10th class and holds a certificate in Library Science.
