Management Trainees will be absorbed in Junior Management Grade (JM-I) as Deputy Manager after successful completion of one year of training. During the training period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000.
The pay scale for Deputy Manager (JM-I) is ₹48,480–85,920 as per the IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement.
