Shortlisting for the interview will be based on the candidate’s marks and age within their category, subject to vacancy availability and the Bank’s discretion.
Minimum Score Requirement: Candidates must meet the minimum score in each OT section for further selection. The minimum score may vary by category and will be determined at the Bank’s discretion based on the number of vacancies.
Personal Interview (PI):
- Cut-offs for the PI will be based on the number of vacancies and the Bank’s discretion.
- OT scores will not be disclosed to candidates until after the completion of the PI process and the final Merit/Select List.
- Candidates who qualify the OT will be invited for the PI at the Bank’s discretion, with the number of candidates called for the interview decided based on available vacancies within each category.
- Candidates can choose to answer questions in either Hindi or English during the PI.
- The PI will be worth 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
- The final score will be a weighted combination of the OT and PI scores, calculated as:
Final Score = (3/4) of OT Score + (1/4) of Interview Score.
Document Verification and Final Selection:
- Candidates must present valid prescribed documents during the PI. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- IDBI Bank is not responsible for any documents sent separately.
