Selected candidates for the IOB Security Guard post will receive the salary as per the Subordinate Staff Cadre under the applicable 12th Bipartite Settlement. The pay details are given below:
The basic pay will be fixed based on the last salary drawn during defence service, along with applicable emoluments under the Industry-wide Bipartite Settlement and IOB policies.
