Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years at Officer Level in a Govt./PSU/Organization, with 5 years in a managerial role.
Management Trainee (HR)
- Education: PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or 2-year full-time MBA (HRM) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering)
- Education: BE/B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
Senior Trainee (Vigilance)
- Education: MBA (HR) or a relevant PG Degree/Diploma with at least 55% marks.
Trainee (HR)
- Education: Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks and proficiency in MS Office.
Training and Salary:
- Training Period: Selected candidates for Management Trainee, Senior Trainee, and Trainee positions will undergo a 1-year training program (extendable by 6 months).
- Salary: Selected candidates can earn up to ₹200,000 per month.
Selection Process:
- Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager: Computer Based Test, Document Verification, and Personal Interview.
- Management Trainee, Senior Trainee, and Trainee: Selection based on Computer Based Test.
