ONGC Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2026: Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed at the E1 level with the following salary:
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month (E1 Level)
In addition to the basic pay and annual increment of 3%, employees will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or company accommodation, Cafeteria Allowance (35% of Basic Pay), Contributory Provident Fund (CPF), Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facilities, Leave Encashment, Gratuity
