PGCIL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has released a large recruitment notification for various non-executive posts across India. The recruitment drive includes posts such as Diploma Trainee (DT), Junior Officer Trainee, and Junior Technician Trainee in different regions of the country. Pay Scale Details
- For Junior Technician Trainee (Survey): Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹21,000–72,000/- (IDA) at W2 level during the training period. They will also get IDA, HRA, and perks equal to 12% of the basic pay every month. After successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Junior Technician at W3 level in the pay scale of ₹21,500–74,000/- (IDA). The approximate annual CTC will be ₹10.9 lakh.
- For All Other Posts: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹24,000–1,08,000/- (IDA) at S0 level during training. Along with the basic pay, candidates will receive IDA, HRA, and perks equal to 12% of the basic pay every month. After successful training, they will be absorbed as Junior Engineer Grade-IV or Junior Officer Grade-IV at S1 level in the pay scale of ₹25,000–1,17,500/- (IDA). The approximate annual CTC will be ₹12.7 lakh.
