PSTCL Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification
- General Qualification: Candidates must possess a full-time regular Degree / Diploma / ITI from a recognized University, Institute, or Board with 50–60% marks (45–55% for reserved categories).
- Assistant Engineer (OT) / Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA with at least 60% marks.
- Accounts Officer: CA / ICWA or M.Com with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Divisional Accountant: CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Junior Communication Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering with at least 50% marks.
- Law Officer Grade-II: LLB degree with 3 years of experience and a minimum of 55% marks.
- Telephone Mechanic: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 50% marks.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Typist: Bachelor’s degree along with a 120-hour computer course, minimum 50% marks.

PSTCL Recruitment 2025 Salary Details
- Assistant Engineer / Assistant Manager / Accounts Officer: ₹47,600 + 3% annual increment
- Divisional Accountant / Junior Engineer: ₹35,400 + 3% annual increment
- Other Posts: ₹35,400 + 3% or ₹19,900 + 3% (as applicable)
- Additional allowances will be provided as per PSTCL rules, and all selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of two years.
