Punjab ERD Lecturer Recruitment 2026: The Education Recruitment Directorate (ERD) Punjab has released the recruitment notification for Lecturer (Group B) posts in the Education Department, Government of Punjab. Eligible candidates can check the notification for details about vacancies, eligibility criteria, selection process, and other important information. A total of 1,013 Lecturer vacancies have been announced. These include 829 regular vacancies and 184 backlog vacancies. The ERD Punjab Lecturer Recruitment 2026 notification was released on 25 June 2026. The online application process will start on 1 July 2026 and continue until 27 August 2026.
The ERD Punjab Lecturer written examination is scheduled to be conducted from 5 September to 20 September 2026. The subject-wise examination schedule is provided below.
Postgraduate (PG) Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates), B.Ed. Degree, and 10th pass with Punjabi as a subject. Candidates should refer to the official notification for detailed eligibility requirements.
