RBI Grade B Recruitment 2025 Pay Scale Details
The selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹78,450 per month under the pay scale: ₹78,450-4050(9)-114,900-EB-4050(2)-123,000-4650(4)-141,600 (16 years), applicable to Officers in Grade ‘B’.
In addition to the basic pay, they will also be entitled to various allowances such as Special Allowance, Grade Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance, and House Rent Allowance (HRA), as per the rules.
Currently, the initial gross monthly salary (excluding HRA) is around ₹1,50,374. If the Bank does not provide accommodation, HRA at 15% of the basic pay will be given.
RBI Grade B Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be done through multiple stages:
Phase I Online Examination – Objective type test.
Phase II Online Examination – Consists of descriptive and objective tests (post-specific).
Interview – Final selection will be based on combined marks of Phase II and Interview.
