- Zonal Head (Retail): Graduation degree with 15 years of relevant experience.
- Regional Head (RH): Graduation degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Graduation degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Investment Specialist (IS): Postgraduate degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised university/institution, or CA/CFA, along with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Investment Officer (IO): Postgraduate degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised university/institution, or CA/CFA, along with 4 years of relevant experience.
- VP Wealth: Graduation degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- AVP Wealth: Graduation degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
