UKPSC Upper PCS Exam Date & Admit Card 2026: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released the examination date notice for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination 2026 under Advertisement No. A-1/E-1/2026-27. The preliminary examination will be conducted on 29 November 2026 (Sunday) in two shifts at examination centres across 18 cities in all districts of Uttarakhand. The UKPSC Upper PCS Admit Card 2026 will be available for download from 13 November 2026 (Friday) on the official website, psc.uk.gov.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill 67 Group B posts, including Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Finance Officer and Block Development Officer (BDO).
Admit cards will not be sent to candidates by post. Therefore, applicants must download their admit cards online and carefully follow the instructions mentioned on them. The Commission will not entertain requests for changes to examination centres. PwD candidates who have opted for a scribe must submit the required certificates to the Commission’s office by 16 November 2026.
