UPCISB Various Posts Recruitment 2026: The U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board (UPCISB), Lucknow has released the official notification for the Combined Co-operative Banking, Non-Banking and Technical Services Examination 2026. Through this recruitment drive, candidates will be selected for various posts in cooperative banks and institutions across Uttar Pradesh.
The UPCISB Recruitment 2026 notification was released on 13 April 2026. The online application process started on 25 April 2026 and will continue till 15 May 2026. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website upcisb.upsdc.gov.in.

Post Wise Qualification
- Manager: B.Com with 55% marks or Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics with 55% marks along with ‘O’ Level or equivalent computer course. Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / IT, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA in Banking / Finance / HR or full-time PG in Banking, Finance or HR are also eligible.
- Junior Manager: B.Com with 55% marks or Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics with 55% marks along with ‘O’ Level or equivalent computer course. Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / IT, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA in Banking / Finance / HR or full-time PG in Banking, Finance or HR are also eligible.
- Assistant / Cashier (Banking Assistant / Clerical Staff): Graduation degree with 55% marks and CCC Certificate in Computer.
- Assistant Manager (Computer): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication or BCA with 55% marks.
- Assistant Manager (General) – UPCBL: Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with 55% marks and CCC certificate, or MBA / PGDM.
- Assistant / Cashier: Graduation degree with 55% marks and CCC Certificate in Computer.
- Assistant Manager (General) – UPCFL: Graduate degree or B.Tech in Computer / Electronics & Communication.
- Accountant: B.Com or Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy with “O” Level Diploma in Computer Operation.
- Assistant Accountant: B.Com with 55% marks along with CCC / O Level or equivalent computer certificate.
- Accounts Clerk: B.Com with 55% marks and general knowledge of computers.
