UP TGT Exam Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC), Prayagraj, has issued an important update regarding the UP Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Recruitment Examination 2026. Candidates who applied under Advertisement No. 01/2022 can now check details related to their exam city, examination date, shift timing, and admit card.
A total of 8,68,531 candidates have registered for 3,539 TGT vacancies under this recruitment drive. The Exam City Intimation Slip was released on 23 May 2026, while the admit cards became available on 30 May 2026.
As per the official notification, the UP TGT written examination will be conducted on 3 June and 4 June 2026 across various districts of Uttar Pradesh. The examination will be held in two shifts each day at 614 examination centres. Major exam cities include Agra, Meerut, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Varanasi, Bareilly, Ayodhya, and several other districts across the state.

The written examination will be held on 3 June and 4 June 2026 in two shifts each day. UP TGT Exam Schedule 2026
The examination will be conducted over two days. On 3 June 2026, the first shift will include Social Science, Physical Education, Science, and Urdu subjects. The second shift will be conducted for Hindi, Mathematics, Agriculture, and Music Vocal.
On 4 June 2026, the first shift will cover English, Home Science, Biology, and Music Instrumental. The second shift will be held for Sanskrit, Commerce, and Arts subjects.

UP TGT Admit Card 2026
The UP TGT Admit Card 2026 was released on 30 May 2026. Candidates must download and print their admit cards before the examination. Entry to the examination centre will not be allowed without a valid admit card and a photo identity proof.

To download the admit card, candidates should visit the official UPESSC website and click on the admit card link available on the homepage. After entering their registration number and password or date of birth, they can log in to their account. The admit card will appear on the screen, which can be downloaded and printed for future use.
