How to Apply for UPSC NDA, NA Exam 2025
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to upsc.gov.in.
- One Time Registration (OTR): If you’re a new user, register through the Apply Online section.
- Log In: Use your registered credentials to access the portal.
- Select Examination: Choose the NDA, NA Exam and fill out the application form.

Examination and Selection Process
The UPSC NDA, NA Examination is conducted twice a year. The second exam for 2025 is tentatively scheduled for September 2025.
Written Examination: The written test consists of:
- Mathematics Paper: 300 marks
- General Ability Test (GAT): 600 marks
- Duration: 150 minutes per paper

- Negative Marking: 0.33 marks deducted for each incorrect answer
SSB Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written exam are invited for the Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview, conducted in two phases:
