UPTET Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has declared the UPTET 2026 written examination result on 26 August 2026 under Advertisement No. 01/2026. A total of 19,94,661 candidates registered for the examination, which was conducted in five shifts on 2, 3, and 4 July 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the UPTET 2026 examination will now be eligible to receive their eligibility certificates, which can be used for future teacher recruitment opportunities.
Candidates must meet eligibility conditions as per government rules
UPTET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Paper-I (Classes 1 to 5): Candidates must have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks and completed a 4-year B.El.Ed course OR They should have a Bachelor’s degree along with D.Ed / Special D.Ed / B.El.Ed.
Paper-II (Classes 6 to 8): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and a 2-year D.El.Ed / B.Ed / Special B.Ed. OR They should have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks along with B.El.Ed / B.Sc.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed.
