Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) 2026: The Board of School Education Uttarakhand (UBSE) has released the official UTET 2026 Notification for the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET-I & UTET-II). Candidates who wish to become teachers for Primary (Classes I to V) and Upper Primary (Classes VI to VIII) schools in Uttarakhand can now apply online. The official information brochure was published on 14 July 2026, and the online application process began at 11:00 AM on the same day. Eligible candidates can submit their application forms online until 3 August 2026 (11:59 PM).

12th Pass with 50% marks and a 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC), or 12th with 50% and 4-Year B.El.Ed, or Graduation with D.El.Ed/BTC.
UTET-II (Classes VI to VIII)
Graduation with 2-Year D.El.Ed/BTC, or Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed/Shiksha Shastri, or 12th with 50% marks and 4-Year B.El.Ed/B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
Exam Pattern
The UTET 2026 examination will be conducted in offline mode with objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and no negative marking will be applied.
The duration of each paper will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Verify your registration through the OTP received on your registered mobile number or email.

Upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression in the prescribed format.
