IDBI Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Recruitment 2025: IDBI Bank has officially announced the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Recruitment 2025 as part of the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training that includes 6 months of classroom instruction, 2 months of internship, and 4 months of on-the-job training (OJT) at various IDBI Bank branches and offices. After successfully completing the training, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’).
Aspiring candidates must fulfill the prescribed educational qualifications, age limits, and other eligibility criteria. The selection process comprises an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview.
