Railway RRB CEN 05/2026 Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2026 Notification Released for 590 Posts, Apply Online
RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the indicative notice for recruitment to various Paramedical Category posts under Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 05/2026. A total of 590 tentative vacancies have been announced across all RRBs. The indicative notice was released on 8 September 2026, and the online application process will begin on 15 September 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online up to 14 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.
The recruitment provides an opportunity for candidates with qualifications in Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiography, Laboratory Technology and other relevant paramedical disciplines to join Indian Railways. The posts are available across Pay Levels 3 to 7, depending on the post and required qualification.
At present, the RRB has released only an Indicative Notice. Candidates are advised to keep their educational, category and other required documents ready and regularly check the official RRB websites for the Detailed CEN and complete recruitment conditions before applying online.

Age Limit Details
The age limit varies according to the post:
- Radiographer / X-Ray Technician: 19 to 33 years
- Audiologist & Speech Therapist: 21 to 30 years
- Nursing Superintendent: 20 to 40 years
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): 20 to 35 years
- Dialysis Technician: 20 to 33 years
- All Other Posts: 18 to 33 years
- The age will be calculated as on 1 January 2027.
- Age relaxation will be provided to eligible candidates as per the applicable rules.
