UPCISB Exam Date & Admit Card 2026: The U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board (UPCISB), Lucknow has released the official notification for the Combined Co-operative Banking, Non-Banking and Technical Services Examination 2026. The recruitment covers various posts in cooperative banks and institutions across Uttar Pradesh.
The UPCISB Recruitment 2026 Notification was released on 13 April 2026, and the online application process was conducted from 25 April to 15 May 2026. Eligible candidates were required to apply online through the official UPCISB website.

Post Wise Qualification
- Manager: B.Com with 55% marks or Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics with 55% marks along with ‘O’ Level or equivalent computer course. Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / IT, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA in Banking / Finance / HR or full-time PG in Banking, Finance or HR are also eligible.
- Junior Manager: B.Com with 55% marks or Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics with 55% marks along with ‘O’ Level or equivalent computer course. Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / IT, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA in Banking / Finance / HR or full-time PG in Banking, Finance or HR are also eligible.
- Assistant / Cashier (Banking Assistant / Clerical Staff): Graduation degree with 55% marks and CCC Certificate in Computer.
- Assistant Manager (Computer): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication or BCA with 55% marks.
- Assistant Manager (General) – UPCBL: Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with 55% marks and CCC certificate, or MBA / PGDM.
- Assistant / Cashier: Graduation degree with 55% marks and CCC Certificate in Computer.
- Assistant Manager (General) – UPCFL: Graduate degree or B.Tech in Computer / Electronics & Communication.
- Accountant: B.Com or Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy with “O” Level Diploma in Computer Operation.
- Assistant Accountant: B.Com with 55% marks along with CCC / O Level or equivalent computer certificate.
- Accounts Clerk: B.Com with 55% marks and general knowledge of computers.
- Assistant / Stenographer: Graduation degree with stenography speed of 80 wpm in Hindi/English, typing speed of 40 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi along with CCC certificate or higher qualification.
